Marvel Animation has unveiled the official trailer for its highly anticipated animated series, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, set to premiere on Disney+ on January 29, 2025. The series promises to bring a fresh and exciting take on the beloved superhero, Peter Parker, as he embarks on his journey to becoming the iconic web-slinger.
The trailer kicks off with the classic Spider-Man theme song, instantly transporting fans back to the character’s early comic book roots. Voiced by Hudson Thames, Peter Parker is depicted as a bit clumsy but determined, navigating the challenges of high school life while discovering his newfound powers. The series introduces a surprising twist with Norman Osborn (voiced by Colman Domingo) stepping in as Peter’s mentor, offering him a much-improved Spider-Man suit and guidance.
The voice cast also includes Eugene Byrd, Grace Song, Zeno Robinson, Hugh Dancy, and Charlie Cox as Daredevil.
